The building has residential and commercial character. It is a facility that serve primarily as a youth center. The facility complements various facilities such as: educational, recreational, religious, residential, catering and others. The design solution represents all the listed contents. The main condition for choosing the typology when designing a residential and commercial building in this case was the given dimension of the building and the mandatory dimensions of the building in which it is necessary to place the given structure and amount of residential and other ancillary space.
The highest point of the building is in the roof of the chapel facing north. Every premise: sport hall, jm, kindergarden, music studio, dance studio, restaurant, tavern, offices, hotel type kitchen, lavatories, rooms, terraces, chapel and other utilitary spaces in the building was treated as a separate interior project.
