I also believe in being involved from the creative inception to the practical, “Here’s how we do it.” I have a comprehensive understanding of construction practices. I prefer to be deeply involved in the construction of my designs, working closely with builders to ensure the complete realization of architectural vision.

Design Phase – Discussing your needs, creating initial designs, and developing cost estimates and budgets.

Technical Phase – Preparing construction documents, written specifications, and product selections.

Pricing and Pre-Construction Coordination Phase – Working with the construction team, we assemble a cost of construction, resolve questions, and acquire the building permits.

Construction Phase – Pre-construction meetings, mobilization, and construction progress meetings – all the way to completion.

I meet “virtually” with clients and contractors anywhere. More than just a convenience to my local clients, this metod of contacting is vital in meeting the unique challenges in overseeing design and construction, when buildings are located far from a client’s primary residence.

In addition, I sculpt a building or a space and walk a client through it in a “Virtual Reality” environment. This is farlly appreciated from klients because of the ability to visualize a proposed design.
