The building underground floors are garage spaces, an amphitheater with associated auxiliary rooms, a library, business premises on the ground floor, and vertical communications needed through all floors. Three above-ground floors are designed in dimensions that repeat the plane form of the monastery building, parallel to the existing monastery building, with a gap for the green belt in the form of a landscaped park, which also represents a buffer zone between the existing building and the extension, and garage. The above-ground floors are planned as residential and business content. The garage extends through six floors, more precisely from the ground floor to the floor no. -5 and has a capacity of 552 parking spaces.
The entrance, as well as the exit from the garage, is secured at two key positions that allow access from both roads that touch the subject location. On the ground floor, there is an entrance / exit from the garage which is connected to Holy Spirit Street. The second entrance / exit is provided at floor number -5, joining „Topnička“ Street. As it was necessary to solve the direct connection of the upgrade with the existing monastery, only in floors -1 and ground floor, the building was approached without a gap of 3.0 m with the necessary expansion.
