The conceptual solution followed modern architectural design, with great emphasis on communication with nearby nature, designing large terraces and glass walls in full height and width of the floor in public spaces and spaces for work and rest to make the natural environment as much as possible approached the interior of the space. In the private part of the building, openings have been formed to preserve the intimacy of the space, smaller, more subtle with additional wooden sunshades for protection from heat.
The architectural interpretation is characterized by simplicity, trying to preserve the existing qualities of the ambience in the overall picture, and with new construction to create a quality urban ambience in the wider area. The compositional disposition of the content is divided into two dimensions. 1. Residential – private part of the building. 2. Public part of the building. By separating the content into separate units, interconnected by vertical and horizontal communications, the necessary privacy is created in the residential part of the building, and certainly the communicativeness of the public part of the building with other contents on the site and the surrounding nature.
