Ground floor has a living area with entrance hall, pantry, living room with dining area, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and staircase. In the attic there is a hallway in the form of a gallery, a children’s room and a bedroom with access to the terrace.
The construction of the building in question sought to maintain the indigenous architectural design of the subject area where the building is located. The architectural interpretation is characterized by simplicity, trying to preserve the existing qualities in the overall picture, and with new construction to create a quality urban ambience in the wider area.
